We are responsible for planning, monitoring and paying for most of the health services you will receive as a resident of Southwark. Our job is to make the most effective use we can of the money we have been allocated and make sure that it is being used to best meet your needs.

Hepatitis: think again

As part of World Hepatitis Day NHS Southwark CCG is encouraging people to Think Again about viral hepatitis. In Southwark it is estimated that 2,694 people are chronically infected. However, viral hepatitis is preventable and treatable.

Sickle cell and thalassaemia awareness month

NHS Southwark CCG is raising awareness of sickle cell and thalassaemia as part of the national campaign. Sickle cell and thalassaemia are inherited blood disorders which affect your red blood cells.
