I understand that is a facility extended by South London CSU to its own staff, contractors and partner organisations to enable better communication and partnership working with the overall aim of improving health and services in the region.

- not to share any personal confidential data, business sensitive or other inappropriate information, as per the Information Security Policy
- to keep my profile information up to date.
I understand that different parts of the Extranet Portal site are restricted and specific permissions groups and undertake:
- not to disclose any information made available to me through the Extranet Portal to any third party, without written consent.
- to take all reasonable steps to stop any unauthorised use of my login, including activating a password protected screensaver on PCs where unauthorised people may have access .
- to report any suspected breach of information governance.
- to observe the provisions of the Notice on copyright.
I understand that:
- My profile information may be seen by any user of the Extranet Portal, but will not be disclosed to any outside party for the purposes of responding to the media, advertising or data warehousing.
- I am accountable for my login, and all actions taken within the Extranet Portal under this log-in are recorded and may be audited
- • breach of these terms of use may result in the withdrawal of access to the Extranet Portal, and / or a report may be made to relevant senior officers in my organisation.
Note: Any breach of these terms may constitute a breach of the Information Security Policy, Network Application and Internet Access Policy, which includes compliance the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and Data Protection Act 1998.
