The event is an opportunity for residents to find out about local services and support to help them lead a healthy lifestyle including stop smoking services, exercise classes and sexual health services. Free NHS health checks for people aged 40-74, free massages and a free hot and healthy lunch will also be available.

Residents will also be able to find out how health and social care organisations in south east London are working together to improve services as part of the Our Healthier South East London programme.

The CCG is hosting the event in partnership with Southwark Council and Notting Hill Housing and there will be a chance for residents to see updated designs for the new neighbourhood hub and community facilities at plot 18.

The event is open to Aylesbury residents and no booking is required, just turn up on the day.
