Give your views before 31 May

NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group  (CCG) are currently looking at ways to improve GP and community based health services – that is the health services that you receive outside major hospitals.

There is now less than two weeks left to give your views on the range of health services that should be available in Dulwich and the surrounding areas (Dulwich, Herne Hill, Nunhead, south Camberwell and south Peckham) and two different ways in which they could be delivered. The three month consultation includes proposals to improve GP services,  prevention activities, services for young families and services for older people and those living with long-term ill health.

NHS Southwark CCG have created an online questionnaire which explains the proposals and asks for your views on them.  It takes around 15-20 minutes to complete and is one of the simplest ways to participate in the consultation and express your views.

You will find the survey at: http://survey.euro.confirmit.com/wix7/p1257131407.aspx

You can also download the full consultation document via the Improving services page and complete the questionnaire in writing.
